Virtually every club needs more members. Even if that is untrue, there are still thousands of 'potential' members that need a club. The best way for a club to get new members is for every member to get one new member (EGO) - wa la, eureka, hallelujah -- membership has doubled.

These are your club officers and members now!

Club officers and members with an enhanced EGO!

If you truly believe that Toastmasters is a worthwhile organization, you owe it to your friends and/or colleagues to invite them to a meeting.

Make getting new members a team effort - involve everyone in your club. Have an open house or a membership contest - invite a guest speaker - offer a door prize. Have your club 'brainstorm' for ideas of how to approach this (there's an advanced manual suitable for this).

Take advantage of marketing ideas offered by TI. Let everyone know when and where your club meets.
