Either the Club President or the VP Education may designate in writing, any active member of the Club to act as a proxy or proxies of the club at this meeting. Voting is done using the official Toastmasters International proxy certificate (mailed to the Club President of record in late March of each year). No other proxies shall be valid at this meeting. The forms will have instructions on how to complete the proxies to ensure that club’s votes are heard.
